Pixel Shader is used basically the method of the GFX card in pixels.
You can build this functionality into the graphics card.
You may need to update a new card to play this game, so I recommend upgrading the NVIDIA 8800GT or the new ATI R600 x2800 (which was published in May), 2 of these cards are held in the coming year
