Stomach Flu Sd How Long Is The Stomach Flu Contagious?

How long is the stomach flu contagious? - stomach flu sd

I know that the stomach flu can be caused by different viruses (most notably) rotavirus. My children both have the stomach flu about a week and a half. My daughter who was vaccinated with RotaTeq Rotavirus (sp?) Went with him Saturday. My husband and I are still sick. We will soon go on vacation. How long can we be "safe" and no prospect of success?

It is more complicated than you think, actually. Not sure that was the virus. And you do not know where her daughter picked him. And you do not know if he picked her, was the first day your child had, or in other words, the 5th Day.

However, a good rule of thumb is 5-14 days.

But when you reach zero symptoms for 7 days after the fight of his daughter, I'd bet money that you can.

Typically, the incubation period of influenza virus stomach is 1-3 days. But I've seen cases where it takes a week to start for the symptoms after exposure. It seems that her daughter had received more than a week after his boys. Patients must have stopped for at least 3 days after their infectious symptoms. While people often have the virus in their stools for 2 weeks or more. Make sure you wash your hands thoroughly and make sure everyone, that no viruses in the mouth. If you have any symptoms for 1 week after her daughter was sick, you're probably safe. In addition, the children should not go to public swimming pools until it well over 2 weeks. Small particles of virus-filled excrement Suzy emerge from the depths of his son in the pool. Not enough chlorine to kill the virus in the pelvis. Another child covered, a glass of water gets sick. If you intend to break this rule, because you make your holiday, make sure wash your pants good for children to bathe just before it. Therefore, the signal at the pool always says that everyShower must prior to entry. Good luck.

Our son has had two episodes of rotavirus. Usually around 3 days after illness onset of symptoms showed. Our little boy never came with the virus, but may be because I am breastfeeding.

Rotavirus vaccine virus is very contagious. This virus is persistent and abundant. Rotavirus can remain in the human skin active for more than 4 hours. The virus remains hard surfaces for up to 10 days active. Almost all children are infected with rotavirus at the time, which in turn five. Reinfections occur but are usually less severe in the second or third.

Be sure to wash your hands and the hands of your baby or toddler often. Especially when in public. We recommend you bring a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you. Wash your hands of the child, both before contact with the objects of public and beyond. These solutions rotavirus killing disinfectant contact.

disappear about 3 days after onset of symptoms. Even then everyone washes their hands frequently and not eating and drinking with others.
